We’re thrilled to unveil a brand-new category for the ABSL Diamonds 2024: Social Impact. As businesses continue to evolve and their role in society grows, this category is designed to honor those organizations that are leading the charge in making the world a better place.
The Social Impact category is dedicated to recognizing companies that go beyond the traditional metrics of business success. These are organizations that actively strive to create lasting, positive change in the world. They understand that true success is not just about financial performance but also about the difference they make in their communities and beyond.
This category celebrates businesses and leaders who are committed to ethical business practices, upholding the highest standards of integrity and responsibility in all their operations. It recognizes those who generously contribute to philanthropic causes that support the well-being of society and encourage volunteerism among their employees to support community initiatives. Additionally, it honors companies that work alongside local communities, non-profit organizations, and government agencies to address and solve social issues.
